Mingke steel belt helps Freco CFRT material to land in Li Auto

Beijing, November 27, 2024 – The first domestically developed self-developed CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Composite) material jointly developed by Li Auto, Rochling and Freco has successfully rolled off the production line at Rochling’s Kunshan plant, marking that Li Auto has independent formula development and part design capabilities in the field of CFRT materials. In this process, the technical support of Mingke steel belt has played an important role, especially in the research and development and application of continuous isostatic hot and cold pressing alternating continuous die casting technology, which has provided strong support for the successful implementation of Freco’s CFRT material in Li Auto.
