Recently, the double-steel-belt roller press delivered by Mingke has been installed at the customer’s site, and has been officially put into production after commissioning.
The press has a total length of about 10 meters, and the heat transfer to the steel belt is realized by heating and cooling the rollers with heat-conducting oil and cooling water. The material passes through the press between two steel belts to complete the process of material heating, cooling and pressurizing.
The customer adopts our press to produce PP plastic thick panels for exportation, which have high requirements on the panels. At present, such PP plastic thick panels are relatively rare in the domestic market. The production equipment generally adopts three-roll extruder on the market, but the three-roll extruder for one-time molding of PP with a thickness of more than 20mm cannot be completed, which cannot meet the requirements of their customers. According to the research, a continuous press is used to complete the actual production demand.
